Engineering Software Academy is an independent, student-led initiative being developed to connect university learners with volunteer peers who can share practical software knowledge, completely free of tutoring charges.
Our goal is to make technical learning more accessible while giving student volunteers meaningful opportunities to mentor, communicate, and lead. ESA is not affiliated with or endorsed by any university or software manufacturer.
ESA is currently in its pre-launch stage. Tutor availability and session fulfillment are not yet guaranteed.
No tutoring fees for learners.
University students share their expertise.
Tutors control which sessions they accept.
Remote participation across time zones.
The more specific you are, the better we can identify a tutor who can help.
Share what you know. Set your own availability. Accept or decline individual requests freely. Volunteer tutor applications are exclusively for currently enrolled university students.

ESA is building a process to verify university email ownership, minimize personal data collection, protect learner contact information until a match is accepted, and offer clear reporting and conduct policies.
Email verification confirms access to an address, not necessarily current enrollment. A secure production launch requires backend authentication, appropriate privacy practices, safeguards, and a review of volunteer arrangements.
ESA is being developed to help university students learn engineering software through thoughtful, student-led guidance.
Tutoring bookings and volunteer applications are not yet open. Account registration is being tested first.
